Product Description

Pomegranate peeling machine is one of special equipment for deep processing of pomegranate.

This machine is developed by our company on the basis of Italy and other foreign technologies. It is used for the separation of pomegranate peel grains.

Its working principle is that the pomegranate enters the upper crushing device from the feeding hopper. Through the relative extrusion of the crushing roll and the pressure of the blade on the roller, the whole pomegranate is squeezed and cut into several small pieces.

The crushing roller of the upper crushing device is made of stainless steel, and the gap between the two rollers can be adjusted to 20-30mm.

Then enter the lower crushing device and conduct the second crushing. The lower crushing roller is made of non-toxic and high elastic rubber, with less damage to the pomegranate seed. The space between the two rollers can be adjusted 10-20mm.

After two stage crushing, has been basically skin seed separation of pomegranate, fall into the separation of variable frequency speed regulating device (separate axis and turn screen combination), under the effect of separation axis and the rotation of the separation device, pomegranate seeds and some juice from the screen hole leakage, the discharging mouth into the next process (the screw pump to the juicer or other);

The pomegranate peel is expelled from the back of the device.

The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel materials except the reducer and some driving parts.
